I can understand banning kifykify, what he did was immature and against the rules but afaik he was an unproblematic user until this happened.

I know you didn't fw Norwood Reaper's shitposts and mass tags but he actually did contribute by giving tips and answering LM questions, hasn't done anything dramatically against the rules and hasn't antagonized anyone with his shitposts. Imo he deserves a chance, you can make it very clear with him to stop mass tagging or else he'll get banned once again.
