unblocked chromebook

does anyone know how to get everything to be unblocked
ive been told before but I forgot and I'm also stupid and gay so I get it wrong every time I try to do it.
last thing I remember is going on lockdown browser and then something about spamming Ctrl +w or something IDFK

I don't feel like asking anyone else because it makes me feel homosexual

And activate the developer mode
