Under eye bags/fat help.

anyone know how to get rid of under eye bags and a saggy facial fat? specifically the fat under the eyes. i’ve been trying to figure this out for years. honestly like this womens… Need some fedback. appreciate it.

If it's extreme: lower blepharoplasty, and then fat grafting. If it's mild: under eye filler or just fat grafting. You could also do infraorbital implants, but at this time I do not recommend them
