Fat grafting is great for the under eyes. But if you want infraorbital implants are better

Do you also see some pigmentation.
Easy test

Pinch the skin directly under your eye and lift it slightly away from your face.

If the darkness moves with the skin and remains dark It is hyperpigmentation.

If the darkness disappears or lightens up It is a shadow. This means the darkness is actually a vascular issue or structural hollowness

You can have both btw

If you have hyperpigmentation

Hydroquinone and Tazarotene ( works the best)
You can add vitamin C etc skin lighten agent

You can buy the stuff from here

Yes its a great choice depends on factors
Fat grafting and implants are obviously the best but heavy depends on your budget

Most good injectors would know how much derma filler to inject. You can always do toughs up. They should use low density derma filler

Are you planning to do DIY ?

Depends on the amount I would say, first time is about 3-5<% change of migration this is what the FDA has it as. (0.2-0.4ml)

But the real world estimate is about 30% I believe it due to bad injectors and toughs up due to the fact that people want too much. Leading them to have filler blindness and over full or over inject

But in reality is not bad, it's completely harmless and 100% reversable with hyaluronidase it's not dangerous at all.
