Face is sucked in like the zoolander movie models on one side and visibly bulkier on the other

Mostly the cheek muscles... in videos I look normal but in pictures it creeps me out how noticeable it is.

What do you suggest I do? Find a why to shrink the muscles on the bulky side or work the muscles on the skinny side? Is it possible? If so, how?

My mandible is even and so are my teeth and the rest of the face, on the bulkier side I also

Since you think it's normal on vids it's most prob not noticeable irl, which means people don't notice it either consciously or unconsciously. You can check with an orthodontist if in doubt.
