I can't say from personal experience, but my bestfriend took test. He got way more leaner, way more muscle strength and just overall way more dominant mindset.

I don’t take selank. Test isn’t really mentally changing to me but I’ve never taken high dose test on it’s own

selank is very effective for anxiety and test everyone responds differently, usually it will be better mood, motivation and confidence. but some can feel it differently
