before this split i did two muscles 5x/week and it was good at the beginning but overtime i felt like i was not making enough progress. now ive been doing upper lower split with 2 sets to failure for each muscle. it feels like i just started the gym again tbh, all of my muscles are sore asf and i am progressing again now

it really does, i switched to it and everything has gotten easier and i’ve been progressing with weight wayyy more. i feel like ill reach my goal of lat pulldown for 100 lb soon (i’m only doing 90 lb rn).

I am focusing on Full Body 3 times per week and i feel progressing hitting muscles 3 times during the week

Can't do a proper leg training since my car accident in 2017 so it's glutes focus and goblet/split squats for me

So the pull-ups are coming soon enough
