Middle east ✅ USA madea trillions off oil

Africa ✅ largest oil exporter to the USA

Asia ❌

South America ✅ in progress starting with Venezuela

Europe ❌ no oil to make money from

Oceanica ❌ again no huge amount of oils but more than Europe so could be eyed in the future when things run low
