I think it’s worked because my voice is deeper and my face still looks feminine and young. my hz changed from 155 to 128 in the past month using the same testing website and words when speaking

when I was younger my cousin and I would do voice impersonations of Joe from family guy

now his octave is my baseline somewhat and I can go deeper

you just have to train your cords
