It mainly helps with improving focus or what you would call in general cognitive enhancement. A lot of students I know studying at a university level use low mg nicotine pouches while studying. I have done it too, and it really works.

Of course the hoodrats use it because it is the closest and safest thing next to drugs, and because it makes you feel good, but there are benefits hiding behind its bad reputation.
