[10] He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.

Translation for some:

What the verse is trying to get at is that little things can go a long way. Even with little faith, that faith can grow and can lead you onto that right path with God. But on the other hand those that are unjust a little bit can be swayed by the devil to do more evil deeds and fall into a life of sin.

Moral of the story: take action also on the little things for even a seed can grow into a tree
