I mean if I could get every surgery I wanted:

• Malar implants
• Upper eyelid fat grafting
• Something to fix mandibular asymmetry
• Buccal fat removal
• Horizontal lip lengthening
• Maybe genioplasty or fillers for my labiomental fold
• Vertical reduction genioplasty
• My palate is narrow but my jaw is fairly wide kind of like Cavill so MARPE would probably be a complete waste of my time
• Lefort perhaps?

Some day yes, I have the money for a handful of these... some of these I may just throw out though:

• Lip lengthening I just don't see the point I am 1.25x mouth-to-nose which is a little narrow but I have wide jaw to compensate + my lips are full and I have a really good cupids bow
• I will never be able to get MARPE since my upper and lower arches match and again my jaw is already wide enough
• Genioplasty may not fix my chin fold so may just need fillers or something
• Buccal fat removal, I need to get lean first + see if my thyroid medication sufficiently debloats me (I have hypothyroid)
• Vertical reduction genioplasty, 3.26x to 1 chin-to-philtrum ratio is high but tall chin is masculine and my lower third is big in comparison to midface and top third, BUT it is better to have larger lower third so this may just be a waste of my time

Theoretically if I didn't need any of that I would save at least 10k+
