I’ve been talking 2g of this a day while using tretinoin and I think think I can confidently say that this help quite a bit with sebum regulation. Which is great especially if you’re on tret and want to mitigate the horrible purge. It does cost quite a bit but it’s a great alternative for accutane (just for the sebum regulation part) and I’m pretty sure it is cheaper than accutane. Don’t expect insane results though.
