I've seen some people in the forum saying that I shouldn't take them, which left me confused because in the fitness community they're seen as a good thing, also, are ZMA's and Omega 3 worth supplementing?

best to take a blood test first to see if you're deficient in anything

yeah take them nothing wrong with it and ye take omega 3 or just eat a lot of fish

u should probably test If u actually are deficient in any micronutrient. If you're not deficient, excessive intake of zinc or magnesium could cause side effects like nausea, digestive issues or interference with other minerals.

yh same with iron, its rlly dangerous to overdoes on metal supplemetns cuz they thicken the blood and can cause a heart attack

I have a iron defieciency, i did some blood work like 2 months ago and thats the only thing that I'm lacking
low dose iron then combined with vitamin C for absorption

But eating organs like liver once a week can help too

edit : and after a 2 months cure, do a blood test to see if it is absorbed, and to see if your body didn't deplete his copper and zinc micronutrients
