Hello .com members , I was doing this method before but I quit because my grades were staying pretty good.

I have decided however, to pick it back up again and also I might as well share it here as it is pretty useful.

As for why it is important. Think of all the zombies you see out there who will amount to nothing because they are too cooked with awful attention spans and extreme screen time addictions. I mean seriously, one of my friends at college told me he literally "couldn't watch anime anymore" because of the deterioration of his attention span. Thats just utterly pathetic to...
