Thank u I have also lost a lot of weight I am 5'2 and a half , and am 138lbs last time i checked.I guess you're looking for advice on how to slim down your waist.
To slim your waist, you need to reduce your overall body fat percentage. This is only possible by burning more calories than you consume (through diet + cardio). Exercises targeting the lower back (planks, core exercises) tighten the muscles there, helping you stand straighter. This, in turn, helps the waist appear visually slimmer and more toned. It might work in a vacuum. Stomach vacuum exercises don't burn fat, but they are one of the most effective "internal" exercises for tightening the abdominal wall and visually slimming the waist.
Exhale completely. Pull your abdomen in as if you wanted to press your belly button against your spine. Hold this position for 10-20 seconds at first, and do 3-5 sets. Do this every morning on an empty stomach you will see noticeable results.
The saying "abs are made in the kitchen" is scientifically true. A protein-rich diet low in processed sugars is far more effective than exercise in reducing bloating and lowering body fat. Basically, if you stick to these principles, your waistline can become slimmer within your genetic potential.
138lbs is decently chubby for 5'2 imo, even if you have the genetics you wont rlly see the waist. Maybe try and get down to 110-120lbs. make sure to do it healthily thoThank u I have also lost a lot of weight I am 5'2 and a half , and am 138lbs last time i checked.
but wouldn't i be too skinny?138lbs is decently chubby for 5'2 imo, even if you have the genetics you wont rlly see the waist. Maybe try and get down to 110-120lbs. make sure to do it healthily tho
You're welcome It's great that you've lost weight, congratulations on your determination. At 63.5 kg, you're very close to your ideal weight. To tighten your abdominal wall and define your waistline from the inside after weight loss, morning vacuuming is currently one of the most effective methods you can use. Since you are 158 cm tall, focusing on toning up with these types of exercises instead of the number on the scale will make you look much fitter and slimmer. Because you're short, losing even 1-2 kilos will make a huge difference don't break the disciplineThank u I have also lost a lot of weight I am 5'2 and a half , and am 138lbs last time i checked.
For someone 157 cm tall, 'the only salvation' isn't 110 pounds. With the right muscle/fat composition and good posture, it's possible to have a very defined and slender waistline even in the 130-135 pound range.138lbs is decently chubby for 5'2 imo, even if you have the genetics you wont rlly see the waist.
