i haven't been able to weigh myself in a month and I used one of those walmart pharmacy health things and it read 108, I was 112 a month ago. I had shoes on and heavy jeans. How much do yall think I actually weigh? are these things accurate? IDK

by walmart health thing I mean those chairs that have the blood pressure assesment and scale in the pharmacy section

I'm like 140 on my home scale and 138 on those scales idk they could be off

no big defference they are probably accurate but damn 108lbs how tall are you ?

im 5'2 so it's in the normal range for me im actually planning on losing a bit more
