i was already told my infras are recessed but i never rlly looked until recently and then i started looking at before and after implant pics, i would prefer to go a permanent route rather than fat grafts but idk

You have to differ if it’s lack of soft tissue or bone support. Sometimes fat grafts into the under eye could be better than a infraorbital implant for some,could be the opposite. You need to judge from your orbital vector.
 
Infra orbital implants can ascend some people a lot from the front as well
