Chicken liver is probably my fav since I’ve been eating it with my dad since I was little
Taste wise a nice cow liver from a good source is lovely

i prefer cow liver that shit is so nice when its fresh
i like to cut it into strips and mix with egg yolk and it makes this delicious concoction which looks very gory but tastes good. i might go have some now i havent had liver in a long time
