im constantly comparing myself to my peers and others. im habitually online waiting for the last scroll to arrive so i can finally put down my phone.

social media is a constant reminder that im not doing enough and will never be enough and im a failure already and everything is doomed.

its also just sub optimal for your mental and literally rewires the way you consume and compute information. but we cant get rid of it because it generates billions of dollars in data and user engagement. fuck everybody
