There's no magical recipes, have a nutritious long-term caloric deficit, walk more, be active, use your muscle mass and be patient.

People needs to realise that at some point, starving will just shut-down your metabolism for safety and you will not lose any more fat

i know this may sound boring but literally just eating normally. like just eat 3 meals per day, and dont snack. drink like a hella fucking ton of water and like if your feeling hungry drink tea first then if your still hungry then maybe your not eating enough for a certain meal. also exercise too.
