Lose another 1kg. My goal is 55kg for 174 cm or bit less and I think in half year I reach 54-53, I will just starve at all (I need advice, can this diet affect on my height?)

drink a liter of water and youll gain a kilo weight on the scale dont matter
get a dexa scan and actually see how fat u are
yes starving yourself you will lose weight but also your body is in survival mode so cant really prioritize height growth
just fucking calculate your daily calorie intake and eat like 300 calories less

take d3 4000UI calcium a bit above the adult recommeded 1200 i think it was magnesium 2 tablets zinc 1tablet
go to the gym and priortize calories when eating food
also dont skip on carbs you need that for height growth

so your maintenance is how much your body needs to maintain your bodyfat muscles and weight
eat 300 less calories less than your maintenance so
maintenance - 300 calories = losing fat
and also get around 2 grams of protein per kg so if example your 70kg you need 140grams of protein to maintain muslce mass

Yeah I understand, I'm talking about that not enough less, I want lose weight faster

gang weight doesnt change your bone structure it might reveal it but if your boneless your boneless
 
It's the only way to lose weight
It might make u lose weight fast but u will also lose a lot of Muscle. Eat enough protein in a 300-500 cal deficit to lose fat AND mantain muscles which is actually sustainable (and healthy)
