Weightloss tips plz

your cheeks are hollow, your collar bones are popping a lot and you’re pale as a ghost

you look anemic and already look to be too low in body fat and u wanna lose more, you obviously have a mental disorder so instead of worrying about weighloss seek a therapist

Im fine lol, im 5'6 and 125lbs, im already quite heavy my fat just isn't distributed to my upper half well
 
Drink only water and diet drinks, gum can help some people, volume eat, cardio to increase maintenance and omad helps train hunger cues

And whatever general advice the people may have :)
Calorie deficit, aka burn more than what u intake tbh, les sugary meals, and bloating foods as it can give the illution of the chubby face u claim to have such as beans, gluten, wheat, and high cortisol food. balance ur meals and count the food ur eating. mark solution plz
