Tbf I heard it more with black ppl but it doesn’t rlly matter I think most ppl r annoyed that it’s reached Americans and they think the term fairs is a meme when it’s jst a common word used idk

I always just took it as a short version of fair enough

It’s not an insult or anything I just don’t get the joke or why specifically some black people think it’s their word lol

It’s literally jst short for fair enough or fair play.Its jst a common term that get used allot,it’s jst used more by working class people,a chunk of those are minorities but its not minorities or white British people’s word specifically or anything
