The answer is obviously nuanced. If you have a bad eye area and good facial bones (and by extension jaw) then the limiting factor becomes eyes, and vice versa, in both instances you overinflate the importance of the limiting factor. So the obvious conclusion is that it's the harmony of your overall face (with the eyes and jaw being parts of the whole) that determines attractiveness. Although, since eyes are more striking and central to a person both physically and metaphorically if the question is would you rather have a moderately impressive eye area and very good jaw versus the other way around, you would fare well picking the latter.
