what’s my body fat percentage? + advice

i think i’m somewhere in the 10-15% range. ~160bw 5’10

i also want to put on about 10 more pounds of mass but want to lower my body fat while doing so. is the answer just to lean bulk?

Also I’m about to make a gym guide and lean bulking is imo the best way to progress while maintaining a great physique year round so lean bulk is the answer. Give solution, it’s the check on the right.
