What’s the ideal frame and build for being in special forces?

Is it like the military? Because you have to be tall enough for that

Yes, but I don’t get why you have to be tall. I feel like it’s a disadvantage (if you’re over 6’)

Taller and bigger then average with broad shoulders and slightly broader hips

Easier target cause you’re bigger, require more food and water, can’t fit in certain objects, longer limbs means lower strength output cause of leverage

I don't really see it but ok

You'll still get shot regardless if you're 5 cm taller or shorter, the difference is negligible
What if you’re 15cm taller

no idea,I think you need insane core strength tho.

5'6, framelet build

my subhuman friend tried joining the special forces but they hold him that special isnt disabled

I have a feeling that being short here is an advantage for several reasons

And having functional muscle mass and good endurance is important
Depends of the country standards. Here in France, the height standards are minimum 5'7 even for the special forces and the foreign legion.. They want n*****s ready to kill not bodybuilders, they dgaf about the frame
We know in reality a trained manlet is far more dangerous than any tall muscle man. What your muscles is gonna do against a trained CQC, a firearms and/or martial art trainee ?

For the training i think the regular military camps look like crossfit hydrids
