I mean they have red ink on them to mark the farm they are from (I know it’s not primal but I didn’t buy them this time) maybe it leached through or something

But that’s quite extreme I wouldn’t recommend that

Then I gave it a break and since all the goatis stuff came around I gave raw animal products another try and I realised they have quite a nice taste and I feel primal after

Steak tartare is nice, you can even mix in some fr*it like mango with it and it’s quite nice

Raw eggs taste nice and creamy

Raw milk is nice also, but I tried some expired raw milk a few weeks ago and I got sick (those who know @Ghoultune ) so I wouldn’t recommend
