Title... ive been drawing for a year and blender too... but now these couple of months I dont feel motivated and rverytime I dont draw or 3d model I end up feeling stressed. But when I try to I feel drained. My sleep is perfect and stuff but I feel burnt out haha

Put your hobby aside but don't abandon it, it's normal

In the meantime, you can try doing other things and hope that a couple of those can become your hobbies

If you ever get really tired of your hobbies use the GRG method
Goon - be a goon for others and help them with what their doing
Research - do unnecessary levels of research to an extent where you know most details you didn't before
Goon - romanticize aspects of it or goon to characters of it idk
