if ur weight is impacting your health (like actually overweight) then its best to be in a deficit

i really dont think a 300 caloric deficit with nutrient rich meals is going to impact your development

well look i mean doctors would recommend 18+ because thats when most physical growth is complete but you CAN like attempt to do it just not a huge deficit yk.

im 15 female 5’3 and 110lbs of pure fucking muscle (not actually) and my abs r too defined so they stick out compared to the rest of my stomach and im trying to stop that. like i doubt it’s a lot of weight i need to loose but to get rid of it i need to loose weight

then naturally stay on the same diet, you will loose fat, if ure going through puberty your hormones will go overkill if ure working out and slowly loose fat.

as long as you dont over do it then any age is fine, it just means you have more risk in the long run ig? one of my brothers had an eating disorder when he was younger and it still kind of affects to this day so yea you can lose weight just be really really careful.
