They can technically consent but like I mentioned before hormones do a lot of things to a person. So I would classify this as sexual abuse yes. Plus in most countries the age of consent is 16. So it would still be classified as sexual abuse, seeing how someone who is below 16 cant in fact consent and therefor its abuse.

my argument wasnt education, and spain changing the law in 2013 is due to their shitty ground law. my argument for lower age of consent in the middle ages since i thought that was what u were refering to
