what are some black achievements that I can be proud of

the first boat ever found was in modern day Netherlands, and the first proper boats to be built that weren't just shitty canoes were built by the Egyptians and mesopotamians not subsharan blacks

The Pesse canoe is the world's oldest-known boat. Carbon dating indicates that the boat was constructed during the early Mesolithic period between 8040 BC and 7510 BC.

I literally just explained to him that most of these "black inventions" were not actually invented by blacks, most were usually modified or refined by them when they are attributed, this guy is genuinely low IQ and can't be reasoned with

my bad. i meant they were mainly developed and produced during ww1. i thought you were referring to those specifically for chemical warfare.

the greeks used sponges as gas masks. a french chemist and physics teacher made a respirator. a prussian engineer made gas mask-like devices for mining purposes. i couldn't find any great african contributions to this field unfortunately

and the pessoe canoe almost certainly wasn't the earliest boat, its just the earliest found canoe. ostensibly the first actual boats were in south east asia

it was most likely not the first actual boat, but any others made before would've been simple canoes as well anyways, he is referring to properly built bones which was only first done by the Egyptians but I don't count that since they aren't subsharan Africans

im not just talking about pop culture im talking culture in general stuff like the pyramids were found in africa black ppl found tea black ppl found coco beans that created chocolate and a bunch more resources that are comonly loved by ppl in the contemporan era

European protestant settle culture built western culture

but going forward, the pyramids weren't built by blacks, African doesn't = black, we didn't "found" tea, people have been boiling plants since the beginning of civilization, if you mean the actual tea plant it self Camellia sinensis, that plant is native to east Asia so that's impossible, the cocoa plant is native to south America and were first used by the indigenous people and later on Europeans
