I currently do pilates for like 10-40 min(depends on the day) and walk 10-12k a day.
What are your favorites pilates/workout girls on yt
 
If you want ti lose fat go on a treadmill and do incline and where do you want to build muscle
My goal is something like this

Calorie deficit, count ur cardio in kcals, not minutes
 
Im gonna be so honest honey pilates is not going to get you anywhere near where you want to be. The best way to reach your goal is cut and try going to the gym or doing longer sessions that maximizes usage of resistance bands or bodyweight. 10 minutes will not cut it, if you want it bad enough you have to make time for it. I don’t know how to say it in a nicer way.
