Betacaroten as well as other stuff that is healthy for your skin when you absorb it from food is straight up poison in pill form.

I don't understand well the mechanism but some micronutrients need "the whole package" to function, in supplement form they have no beneficial effect and actually hinder your health.

Personally I'm CarrotMaxxing and TomatoMaxxing, makes my shitty gypsy-slavic grey skin visibly more golden.

Nothing. Plug all your food into a calorie/nutrient tracker like Cronometer and see what micronutrients you're missing. Then research what foods are high in what you're lacking in your diet. You'll mostly be eating animal products and fruit.
