I don't understand well the mechanism but some micronutrients need "the whole package" to function, in supplement form they have no beneficial effect and actually hinder your health.

ngl cronometer is goated, even tho it can get easily obsessive.Nothing. Plug all your food into a calorie/nutrient tracker like Cronometer and see what micronutrients you're missing. Then research what foods are high in what you're lacking in your diet. You'll mostly be eating animal products and fruit.
