What are the ideal body ratios?

For example- Head to shoulder, Height to shoulder, leg length to torso length, lower leg to upper leg, shoulder to waist etc and is the ideal waist to shoulder ratio really 1.618? cuz I find the ratio like 1.8 or 2 to be more better
