It looks like your sphenoid bone is not aligned correctly, an over-projected chin can happen if the sphenoid bone is misaligned or positioned too far forward. No...she didn t get one either. I meant her jaw from front. My jaw is narrow. I don t think it is worthy to do something this risky even if you are rich.
