Yesterday i've welcomed a new beehive and this afternoon i've added sugar syrup in my 3rd beehive and added new frames

No, bees don't eat royal jelly.
Royal jelly is produced by bees for only one goal : feeding only one larvae who will become later the queen (that's why it's called royal jelly)

Beekeepers just create nowadays dozen of plastic queen cells that the bees will feed with their royal jelly production, and the beekeeper at some point will kill the queens early to extract the royal jelly
