okay so your a doctor, you have 5 patients who will die within days without a transplant. and you have 1 patient who is also dying (slowly and might likely live) but they are a perfect match for all of the other 5. If you sacrifice the potential donor patient, they die immediately but save the other 5 patients. ‏ln most countries the doctrine is from Kant so you’ll have to let 1 alive. In the us for ex its more utilitarian so save 5. Depends on location.
