nothing because even a regular lefort 1 cannot change midface height, only lower 3rd height.
if you have a narrow palate then you could make it look better by widening your jaw
if you already have wide cheekbones and jaw, then wearing a beanie or having long bangs can make it look better. you just never want to have bangs that end at or above your eyebrows.
