accutane, tret. mainly accutane tho I think everyone who is serious abt ascending should be on accutane at least at low doses

Start with 0.025% tret at night. After 2 weeks start using 15% azelaic acid in the morning. Build your way up to 0.05% tret and 20% azelaic acid. Make sure to use moisturizer after each, and use sunscreen every 3 hours.
