what can i do for my eye area? (no hardmaxx)

i've always wanted to nit pick the issues I didnt like about my eyes. I have hated the big black soles under them, but i always get 7-8 hours of sleep, I hate how theres little to no support around the eye making it look droopy at times. I understand theres lots of read me's and i should have probably looked at them before posting but i figure i can try and get some personal advice.
