Serious What can I do if my eyebrows are sparse and light towards the end?

My first post, please indicate if I made mistakes in posting. Should I use one of those oils or should I dye my eyebrows? My eyebrows are also scattered over a fairly large area. What kind of stencil should I use to pluck them?
