What can I do to improve my eye area?

Open for any suggestions, think I need to trim my eyebrows quite a lot, got a square faceshape. And no my eyes are not on different vertical heights, I just cant seem to get a photo with my head straight..

latisse on lashes and minox + derma roll eyebrows and dye them
 
Yeah your brows definitely need cleaning up, they're way too thick and shapeless right now. Get them professionally threaded or tweezed to create a cleaner arch. Also work on your upper eyelid exposure - looks like you might have some hooding going on. If you want actual measurements on your eye spacing and canthal tilt there's a tool at looksmaxxing test that could help you see where you stand numerically.
