I was thinking about hopping on reta around april since rn I can't due to peptides being banned in the sport I do
so in the meantime hop on a deficit and strength train (make sure to eat enough protein)

I failed 480 on my last attempt for deadlift but it was only because my left leg moved, minus that I 100% could've hit 475 and have another comp this upcoming week

fuhck, those numbers are legit asf, mirin hard. if it was literally leg drift, u def got 480 on a good day.

yeah i wasn't at my peak either since I had been barely eating all week to make sure I made weight, went from 205 to 196 and had to get used to eating normally again, so my body wasn't as strong as itd normally be

losing almost 10 lbs in a week, that was not a good clean water cut. basically just r**ed ur strength.

for ur next meet, do NOT repeat that shi. eat normally and if u need to make weight: water-load early week. u can do small water/sodium manipulation late. u want your CNS sharp.

woah I meant i went from 205 to 196 over the span of a month, my strength was still pretty good, I weighed myself today and I weighed in at 197

ooooooooh, that's way less bad, but still not great. like 2-2.5 lbs a week. either way ur ceiling is def still at least a lil bit higher than what showed up on the platform. ur one good peaking cycle away from a nasty total, just gotta optimize how ur strength expressed on meet day.
 
lowk not much you could do except for leaning out, and just shaving the virgin stache and that goatee cuz shit looks atrocious
