What can i do to look more feminime

Dont want makeup tips i genuenly want to increase my dimorphism, i use lash serum, have clear skin i am not bloated, i do lymphatic drainage, i used to have thick brows, now they are a bit thinner, i am not fat i have plump lips but i somehow still look too masculine what can i do? I have a lot of bone mass and a long ramus, also i dont have a prominent nose thip so i think thats why, is it over?
