What can I do to start?? puberty

Im asking just because I’ve only grown 2 cm in the span of a year and also show very few signs of puberty, meanwhile people my age are already way taller or more developed than me. I’m 14, the shortest in class and I’ve never had a period(all girls I know have it by now).

if you're a girl then you aren't gonna grow much more, girls are usually shorter.
Don't worry about it though, most men don't care about height and some like shorter girls.

but I never even had significant “puberty” growth like others, can’t it just come later for me?

yeah it might be, but I asked my dad recently when he grew the most in puberty and he said around 16-17 so I don’t know but maybe it can be due to genetics to have puberty later ?

must be the case but to be on a safer side have your mom/dad take you to a dr to consult them with if your period havent started yet because normally women start it between 10 -14

1. I feel like youre gonna get nonced on by saying all this.
2. If youre worried badly go see a doctor to check your estrogen levels.
3. Women dont grow all too much in puberty but not having a period by 14 could be smth to get checked out.
