you can get some sort of botox for this im pretty sure but idk what exactly

It's generally caused by collagen loss
Botox would fix it.

Collagen loss can happen at any age really especially if you smoke . Also can be caused by repetitive movement like smiling

Ok so rlly its a combination of underdeveloped maxilla + bloating + not enough nutrients and maybe some excess weight
