What could I improve on my face?

I've had lip fillers twice and botox in my masseter but it doesn’t make any difference. I'm at a loss as to what else can be done with my face because I'm not happy with myself at all. (In these pictures I'm wearing mascara and lipstick)
If possible, don’t be rude pls!

Incredible eye area, very symmetrical with positive canthal tilt. just a bit small and wide. all I see that is needing improvement is either a reduction in massetor muscle mass and/or buccal fat removal surgery/getting lean.

Additionally, just work on skincare, you have good skin except for the occasional pimple. Maybe start taking beta carotene if you want to add that golden hue to your skin. Another thing you could try is a rhinoplasty or just work on debloating and icing your nose.

Try derma rollers and castor oil on your hairline to stimulate hair growth and shorten your forehead length and even out the hairline. additionally do this on the side burns (which I actually recommend shaving). Trim your left eyebrow the the edge of in (facing inwards) is lined up parallel to where your nose meets your left nostril so it looks symmetrical..

But overall the biggest difference would be made from the buccal fat removal and the eyebrow trimming.
