I personally tried carnivore last year for a month, first few days i hated it, after i got used to it it wasn't as bad, i was able to lose weight pretty easily, but i personally don't feel my best not eating carbs. when i started eating animal based with carbs i started feeling really good.

raw dairy+eggs and organic fruits
 
One where I eat oats mixed with protein powder and peanut butter until I reach my protein intake.
Then I eat whatever I want lol.

peat has been the best for me. Very unconventional but I mostly eat crab/shrimp/oysters, eggs, tons of coffe (with a lot of sugar), and milk instead of water. also, aspirin. weirdly helping me lose weight better than normal cutting.
 
Meat, fish, sea food, eggs, and some carbs. I don't eat meat only just because somebody called It "carnivore diet". This fixed patterns of eating we call diet don't exist in nature.

I eat meat with some carbs, like vegetable, potato, greens. Never past, bread and refined carbs

I'm so skinny rn I eat what I want but cut out unhealthy foods and eat them rarely
