What diet is most effective for weight loss?

I've heard of that but how long should I do it for?
I’d recommend starting with a 14:10 fasting schedule if you’re new to fasting. Once you get used to it you can slowly increase the fasting window for better results

I am trying to lose about 10 pounds to reach my goal. I've heard of many diets but am unsure which would work best for my case. This would be paired along with daily exercise as well.
answer: you can eat anything you want and get into good shape quickly as long as you work out and are in a calorie deficit

however in a calorie deficit you want to prioritise protein and fibres (meat and veg basically) as they're very filling compared to the amount of calories they are so it will be easier to stick to the diet

for example, no one could eat 1000 calories of carrots in a day, but its really easy to eat 1000 calories of mcdonalds bc of how calorie dense mcdonalds is relative to how filling it is

like i said you can eat anything as long as you are in a calorie deficit but the ideal diet would be high in protein, fibres and you would eat fruits as your source of carbs

Would there be visible results in at least 3 months assuming I stay consistent?
Hmm well you also need to be in a calorie deficit. Fasting just helps speed up results and since it promotes fat burning you’ll look leaner rather than skinny fat

So I’d recommend a calorie deficit of 400 calories under calorie maintence would recommend at your height that you could reach 110 pounds.
Don’t fast since it’s unnecessary and with a calorie deficit you could get all important micronutrients for your body.

@iluvchishiya and then after 110 pounds you could go down to 105 but I wouldn’t recommend further

Would trying to go to 99 pounds not be good then? Would 105 pounds be low enough for me to have a good body?
If you reached 99 your BMI would be 17 which would look skinny and such
It’s acceptable but for healthy bodily functions etc I’d say go down to 105 and then think again

Low carb low cal low fat medium to high protein

Protein, no sugar, eat more fibre, avoid refined carbs and stay in a calorie deficit. You have to work out as well to see results. Also no fucking don't eat bullshit, from experience here, it made me skinny fat and muscle building (which doesn't make you BuLky) becomes extra fucking difficult.

As a woman, never fast.

If you fast, you will take days and slowly years away from your life, you will age quicker.

Firstly, calculate your base metabolic rate.

Let’s say you naturally burn 1500 calories a day, then try walking 4000-5000 steps a day (it’s seriously not that hard) and you’ll end up burning an additional 100-150 calories from a 5k walk per day.

So at the end, you can eat 1300 calories every day (assuming you burn a total of 1600 calories a day, with 100 calories burned from walking per day)… and you’ll burn at least 300 calories a day. 1 kg of fat has 7700 calories.

The coolest thing is that you can eat whatever foods you like as long as you don’t exceed 1300 calories a day. But it’s recommended you stay away from junk food as it isn’t filling and it’s dense in calories.

Within a month, you’ll comfortable lose 1kg of fat if you stick to my plan madam.

Thank you! :)

Thank you! :)
No problem.

Here’s a link to the base metabolic calculator.

Just put in your age, gender, weight and height. And you’ll find out how many calories a day you burn without doing literally anything.
